Q: I woke up at about 1:30 am the other night with chest pains and went to the emergency room, i was admitted got umpteen million tests and they tell me i have had a heart attack in the past.How could i not know i had a heart attack?? I get chest pains from time to time but they only last two - three mins. anyone else been through this?? It's definite that i did have one they ran an echo and an ultrasound they gave metropolol and nexium and i have to chem an 81mg baby aspirin daily. Thanks guys all are great answers
A: That happened to someone I know. You can have mild heart attacks that would to you feel more like anxiety or panic attacks. Sounds like that's what happened to you.
